Job Description

Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors. Duties may include handling telephone calls, customer service, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, data entry, managing peoples accounts and filing. Also, extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required. The admin assistant is additionally responsible for:

a) Providing general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

b) Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system

c) Performing data entry regarding supply, suppliers, sold items, purchasing transactions etc.

d) Managing calendar for directors

e) Assisting in resolving any administrative problems

f) Answering calls from clients regarding their inquiries

g) Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

h) Scheduling and coordinate meetings and appointments for Managers.

i) Recording minutes of meetings 

j) Maintaining office supplies for each department

k) Handling office daily activities

l) Managing peoples accounts regarding what is outstanding, sold, deposited etc.
