· Responsible for assisting in the individual operational aspects of respective kitchen section in meeting the set standards of the hotel. Provide operational support to the Chefs in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize guest satisfaction as well protecting all assets of hotel.
· The Commis Chef will be required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with Management policies and procedures, ensuring that the highest level of service is maintained.
