Job Description
- Oversees softscape work ie plant material inspections.
- Reviews shop drawings, material samples, mock-ups in related to hardscape and softscape.
- Ensures and monitors all materials, equipment, manpower and plant are available at the site.
- Checks all material deliveries for quantity control and approval of delivery notes.
- Liaise with draftsman for preparation of landscaping as-built drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and supervise landscape activities ensuring it complies within the timeline cost constraints and project’s specifications.
- Frequently inspect the progress of ongoing site works on a frequent basis to ensure timely and proper completion of site work.
- Liaise with QA/QC Department to ensure all inspection and testing are carried out in accordance with the project quality plan and ITP
- Provide constructive and effective support to Project Manager and for all aspects of soft landscaping.
- Liaise with subcontractors and engineers in day-to-day site activities and resolving any technical issues.
- Coordinates with the Project Manager of any future potential problems.
